Keeping our pets safe

We sanitize our hands wear a mask to protect ourselves and others from spreading germs. Have you done anything to keep your pet safe? 

It appears that the virus COVID-19 can spread from people to animals in some situations. A small number of pets worldwide, including cats and dogs, have been reported to be infected with the virus that causes COVID-19, mostly after close contact with people with COVID-19. Infected pets might get sick, or they might not have any symptoms of the pets that have gotten sick; most only had mild illness and fully recovered.

Taking care of yourself and your pet shouldn't be different—Pet's need to be safe just like humans. Follow all the same things but don't put a mask on your pet. There is no evidence that the virus can spread to people from the skin, fur, or hair of pets. Do not wipe or bathe your pet with chemical disinfectants, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or other products, such as hand sanitizer, counter-cleaning wipes, or other industrial or surface cleaners.

Hypochlorous acid (HOCL) is safe for pets and the environment. EnviroNize® Anolyte made with HOCL is non-hazardous, non-whims regulated, zero residues and is not harmful to plant, animal, marine or humans. After sanitizing with HOCL, you can rest assured that your pet can be safe if they get some on their paws. 

HOCL is 80 to 120 times more productive than sodium hypochlorite (Bleach). This is because HOCL has no charge and has a relatively low molecular weight. It is better able than the other chlorine-based disinfectants to penetrate the cell walls killing the germs.
